Like every year, TTPS celebrated the holy chariot festival of Rath Yatra on 20th June 2023 which symbolises the journey of Lord Jagannath. The grand Rath Yatra began after the ceremonial establishment of three deities on the decorated chariot. It was heartwarming to catch a glimpse of idols travelling by huge chariots.

The program included Surya Puja, Rath Prathista, Pahandi Bije, Chera Panhara and Rath Pulling. Around 300 devotees joined to get the blessings of Lord Jagannath for Rath Pulling from four nearby villages. TTPS fraternity organised and also participated in this auspicious occasion along with their family members and friends. The festival is celebrated with huge joy and fervour across the station.

A series of cultural activities has been scheduled to be organised in TTPS premises for 08 days.
